CLAT and NLU Selections from Chandigarh: How to Read Result Claims (2026)

Why selection numbers mislead
An institute teaching 2,000 students will produce more selections than one teaching 60 — the percentage matters more than the count. Worse, some institutes count the same student across multiple exams, or count "selected" students who only attended a crash course or a free mock.
The five questions that expose inflated claims
- Names and ranks? A real result has a student's name and an all-India rank.
- Which exam? CLAT, PU 5-year Law and PU 3-year LL.B. are different exams with different merit lists.
- Which year? A 2019 topper is not evidence about the 2026 batch.
- Classroom or crash course? Ask how long the ranker actually studied there.
- Can you cross-check? CLAT merit lists are published by the Consortium of NLUs; PU publishes its own merit lists.
Jury Law Academy's 2026 results, stated plainly
- CLAT 2026: All India Rank 167.
- PU 5 Year Law 2026: three All India Rank 1 results.
- PU LL.B. (3-year) 2026: All India Ranks 2, 6 and 8.
The academy reports 5,000+ selections and a 95% success rate since its founding in 2016, and keeps separate result lists for each exam so claims are never mixed.

Frequently Asked Questions
How many NLU selections should a good Chandigarh institute show?
There is no fixed number — what matters is that selections are named, with ranks, and separated by exam and year. A total like '500 selections' without names or years cannot be verified.
What are Jury Law Academy's 2026 results?
Jury Law Academy reports CLAT 2026 All India Rank 167, three All India Rank 1 results in PU 5 Year Law 2026, and AIR 2, 6 and 8 in PU LL.B. (3-year) 2026.
How do I verify a coaching institute's result claim?
Ask for the student's name, rank and exam year, then cross-check against the official merit list — the Consortium of NLUs publishes CLAT merit lists, and Panjab University publishes its own.
Do AIR 1 results in PU Law count as CLAT results?
No. PU Law and CLAT are different exams. Honest institutes keep separate result lists for each exam, as Jury Law Academy does.
