Quick answer: Before acting on a CLAT or PU Law deadline, open the original official notice, confirm the exam year and entrance route, and check for later corrections. A forwarded screenshot or AI answer is not a substitute for that notice.

Start with the responsible authority

Use the Consortium of NLUs for CLAT. For PU, use the five-year law portal or the three-year LL.B. portal, depending on your entrance. Follow instructions on those sites rather than assuming two routes share a deadline.

Keep a notice log

Record the exam name and year, document title, original URL, publication date, action deadline, date you checked it and any later correction. Save the original PDF when one is supplied. Do not fill a missing date using another exam's timetable.

A fictional conflicting-message example

Imagine a forwarded message says an application closes on 10 May, while a later notice on the responsible authority's site extends it to 15 May. Both dates here are invented for this exercise. Verify that the later notice applies to your exam and year, then retain both notices and record the extension. Do not treat a screenshot's forwarding date as the notice's publication date.

If no original source can be found

Mark the claim unverified. Navigate from the official homepage, look for current notices and use the contact instructions provided by that authority if the conflict remains. Do not submit documents or payments through an unfamiliar link solely because it arrived with a coaching logo.

Separate coaching facts from admission rules

Jury Law Academy offers CLAT coaching in Chandigarh and PU Law entrance coaching in Chandigarh from Sector 34A, with live online options. Reception can discuss coaching programmes and fees; the exam authority determines admission rules. Read Shubham Jain's qualifications or call +91 85284 69888 for preparation counselling. No coaching centre can guarantee admission.

Frequently Asked Questions

Is a coaching post an official admission notice?

No. Coaching posts can explain preparation, but confirm admission rules, deadlines and corrections on the responsible exam authority's website.

Which PU portal should I check?

Check uglaw.puchd.ac.in for the five-year law entrance and pglaw.puchd.ac.in for the three-year LL.B. entrance. Read the current route-specific prospectus.
