Step-by-step method
- Sit it like the exam: two hours, no breaks, OMR-style marking.
- Check with the official answer key and note negative marks.
- Make an error log: section, question type, and reason (concept, reading, time, guess).
- Analyse time: which section took longer than planned.
- Re-solve in 7 days: only the questions you got wrong.
What each section tells you

Frequently Asked Questions
Where can I download official CLAT previous year papers?
The Consortium of NLUs publishes question papers and answer keys for recent CLAT exams on consortiumofnlus.ac.in. Use those official files rather than unverified copies.
How many CLAT previous year papers should I solve?
Solve every paper from the current pattern (2020 onwards) at least once under timed conditions, then re-solve the sections where you lost the most marks.
When should I start solving previous papers?
Solve one paper at the start to understand the pattern, then use the rest in the last three to four months alongside weekly mock tests.
Are previous papers enough for CLAT?
No. They show the pattern and difficulty, but you also need regular mocks, current affairs revision and sectional practice.
Does Jury Law Academy provide CLAT papers practice?
Yes. Jury Law Academy in Sector 34A, Chandigarh, includes previous-paper practice, weekly mock tests and detailed analysis in its CLAT courses. Call +91 85284 69888.
